We collect information you provide when registering, such as name, email, phone number, and business details. We also collect usage data and payment information processed through Stripe.
We use your information to provide the DetailOS service, process payments, send booking notifications and reminders, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

By using DetailOS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
DetailOS provides software tools for mobile detailers including booking management, payment processing, and client management. We are a software platform, not a detailing service provider.
Pro plan is $29/month billed monthly. Elite plan is $79/month. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the billing period. We take a 2% platform fee on all bookings processed through our payment system.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
DetailOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
